We've been here a few times and it's gone from "ok" to "liked it". Small and nice. Not expensive. Good service. Good food. We'll look at it again.

My fav spot for tasty French food. Visited at eight, it was not full. It has a good atmosphere. Mood here reminds me of Colorado Springs area.

Food is great, staff are very attentive and friendly, place was beautiful. I enjoyed my dinner but I would say it’s a little too pricey for what you’re getting.

This place was given to me and my spouse as a gift card due to good reviews online. My poor sister from the west coast thought she was giving us a gift. To bad it was far from it! The food was Aweful and the service had much left to desire. I wouldn't buy anyone a gift card to a place that would feed me food I want to regurgitate. Never again.

Loved the ambiance and the staff and most of the food but wish there had been more vegan friendly food, not just pasta with a small amount of greens. They do everything else so well!

Lovely "neighborhood" spot along busy Dixie Highway. Professional, friendly service, food was well-prepared, tasted great and main courses were served on very hot plates, a sure sign of a kitchen that cares about the food they serve. Menu is varied, so you can spend a lot less than many similar spots, they even have artisanal pizzas which we will try next time.

Reliable neighborhood bistro with great kitchen and attentive staff.

Walked in, very awkward set-up with no real hostess station. We stood in the front for some time, staff saw us standing there. Ignored us. Several tables open and overall atmosphere was extremely stuffy. Ended up leaving without ever being greeted.

A hidden French gem excellent food superb service with intimate dinner sitting. A great place to celebrate a quite special occasion.

First time at Maison Carlos and certainly not our last. This restaurant is a gem, attentive service and intimate setting. We started with the onion soup which was in the top 3 ever. Delicious! Then had a carbonara pasta special and the steak frites both were absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a French or Italian nice dinner in West Palm you should really try this place!

Wonderful meal there.

This was our first visit to Maison Carlos, and we are sure to return soon and frequently. We were warmly greeted by Carlos upon arrival and appreciated the impeccable service throughout the night. The food, wine and atmosphere were perfect. This is now one of our favorite restaurants, and we can't wait to return.

Went here last night and were very impressed. Not only was the service impeccable, the staff and owner were wonderful... and I was a fan when he ran his wife dinner on his Vespa :). Of the 4 apps we had the Escargot and the Souffle were to die for. And the baked Goat Cheese w/ Tomato was a winner as well. The Lobster Mac & Cheese was like no other I've ever experienced, we were so full but couldn't stop eating it due to the tremendous taste. This is hidden gem in West Palm Beach and MUST GO!!!

We love hanging out. Yesterday we went to this superb place which friends recommended to us. We passed a delightful evening there with delicious dishes and an efficient stuff and a talented cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we will no doubt go again very soon. Highly recommended.
